Thanks and here's to (the rest) of 2012.

Thany you all so very much for the supportive comments after our big ordeals over the New Year.
Things have now settled, and we're getting back to a new normal. I really appreciate your comments and emails very much; it makes a difference when people empathise and sympathise.

We're all back to work/school, though eldest daughter is not back to college till next week (lucky girl!).

As an easy new post, I came across this somewhere in blogland, can't remember where, but I enjoyed doing it, and you may enjoy it too.

    The song when I was born was Here Comes The Sun. I figure I could do a whole lot worse :).

    I left a comment on your last post that I have only just managed to see and I'm very sorry.
    I'm afraid that I wasn't able to use the links that you provided on this post. I kept getting an error message. Thats got me wondering what song came out when I was born? Something quite ancient, I should think. Maybe a war song by Vera Lynne.

    So glad to hear your life is getting back to some normalcy.
    I know that the number one song when I was born was "How Much Is That Doggie In the Window."

    I have a friend from China whose song was the same as yours! You must have similar birthdays! How fun! :)

    Mine was something completely cheesy: Don't Give Up on Us by David Soul. I'd never heard the song before, but I learned that David Soul was quite the heart throb of his day, which made me laugh! :)
